Silvia Barrionuevo

Hello my name is Silvia so I will be exicited to help you in your English Skills. As an English teacher, I will be working closely with you so as to plan and prepare your lessons to teach very closely.
I have been teaching English for more than 10 years to people from different ages so let me tell you that I am very passionate about languages.
During these years I have worked in various other schools both assisting and teaching lessons. This is the 8th and final classroom that I will be working in during my undergraduate work at the college, and I am thrilled to be spending my student teaching time with you
My background includes teaching students in Speaking and grammar context. In addition, I have organised phonetics workshops in which many students improved their pronunciation this past March.
Teaching and working with children is a joy to me, and I am so pleased to finally be able to work in a classroom full-time! Part of my goal as an educator is to spark curiosity in the minds of students. During my time in your child's class, I hope to excite your child about the world of learning and broaden his or her academic interests. In addition, I am looking forward to getting to know more about you and to be working together through the rest of this fabulous year.
