Since 2005 Yoga became more than just movement; it became a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. It empowered me to overcome pain, cultivate healthy habits, and embrace a holistic lifestyle.
But my quest for knowledge didn't stop there. In 2016, I delved into Transcendental Meditation to deepen my inner peace. In 2021 I completed the first and second levels of Reiki, unlocki...

Fueled by my own transformative experience, I completed my 300-hour Yoga Alliance International Teaching Training in 2023.
