Hi! I am a qualified English teacher with a lot of experience in teaching English as a second language in a fully immersive English environment. I am flexible, enthusiastic and really hard working. I like challenges, so I am looking for new job opportunities that allow me to grow professionally.

I can give extensive proof of my expertise in my lessons, both on-site and remote. I believe that children as well as teens learn a language by engaging in different activities and actively using it. For this reason, my lesson plans include varied activities such as games, game-like activities, role plays, technology, literature, music and art. Students’ participation is key in the learning process and I am convinced that it is the teacher’s responsibility to motivate them by providing them with a wide range of activities to choose from.

Apart from all this, I also think that students learn best when there is good bonding with the teacher. Therefore, my first aim is to consolidate a good relationship of trust and respect with my students. Besides, I use positive reinforcement to encourage students to go the extra mile. Last but not least, I believe progress assessment should take place on a daily basis during the lessons, not only in the formal test situation.

In my years as an English teacher I have taught all different levels, from children to adolescents and adults, both at school and as a private tutor. I have also prepared students to sit international exams such as KEY, PRELIMINARY, FIRST CERTIFICATE and IELTS.

My additional qualifications include certified courses on varied topics related to the teaching practice such as A.I. applied to education, Teaching through Drama, Games, Phonics, Classroom Management, Assessment and many more.
